For me, yoga is not just a physical practice, it is a way of life, and through this path I have learned to live more joyfully, peacefully, contentedly, and with deep awareness in each moment.

I have trained extensively in Classical Yoga at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai - the world’s oldest organised yoga centre. As a certified Yoga Therapist with over a decade of experience, I offer sessions rooted in traditional yogic principles, infused with warmth and care. My approach cultivates strength, alignment, and harmony of body, mind, and spirit.I create a compassionate and healing space, integrating breathwork, functional movement, meditation, and deep relaxation to restore balance and enhance well-being.

My philosophy centres on yoga for the householder—a practical, meaningful practice that supports daily life. To me, yoga is about reclaiming your power, listening to your body, and embracing each phase of life with awareness and grace.

“When we weave yogic practices into our every thought, word, and deed, life becomes filled with direction, meaning, and joy.”

Our Studio.

01

We believe yoga is more than movement – it’s a practice of presence, awareness, and self-discovery that begins with breath and grows with practices.

02

At the heart of everything we do is a strong commitment to inclusivity, kindness, and genuine connection – on and off the mat, in every practice.

A calm, inclusive space for building strength, finding balance, and reconnecting with yourself.
