A traditional and grounding practice, this intermediate Hatha yoga class takes you deeper into the art of yoga, moving beyond the basics to build real strength, flexibility, and stamina. Each class flows through a progressive sequence of postures (asanas) paired with conscious breathwork (pranayama).
Rooted in ancient tradition, this practice holds poses with purpose and intention, targeting deeper muscle groups, expanding range of motion, and building the endurance to sustain a strong, steady practice.
